Adrian Dohotaru is a politician, author and civic environmentalist activist and has a doctorate at the “George Baritiu” Cluj-Napoca Institute of History of the Romanian Academy. His professional activity is based on the concept of advocacy on environmental, social and urban issues, research activity, public policy proposals. It also supported campaigns and civic initiatives on participatory budgeting. He is currently an expert in participatory budgeting within the “PROCIVIS – Civic involvement for the local development of Reșita Municipality” project and supports advocacy campaigns within the S.O.S. Sustainable Organized Society Association. in which he is president from 2021.
