Dumitrița Efremov is an architect and urban manager, counsellor and/or project coordinator of an impressive number of local, national and international projects. Her preoccupations focus on extensive projects of cultural regeneration and development and preservation of the immovable heritage, which have attracted interest and support from public, private and civic partners. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Faculty of Architecture of the “Ion Mincu” University of Bucharest, with a thesis on the preservation of modern architecture. She is actively involved in projects to promote and strengthen structures that support the protection of urban heritage, with a special focus on open urban spaces in historical areas, a member of the ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites) Committee of the Republic of Moldova and part of the board of experts that awards the Prizes for Urban Public Space in 2022.
